Well, it’s mid-April and I’m still in a cast.  And, while this has kept me from hiking and exploring on foot, I can at least get out and 4-wheel/off-road and crutch around a bit.  While I’m on crutches, my brother flew out to get me out in the mountains and the desert for a few days…so nice to be back out, but mentally it’s hard to not be able to get out and scramble.  Oh well, I should be transitioning into a walking boot in mid-May.  Please click the banner at the top, the Galleries sections, or simply click here – Tales from the Desert.
