Aiken’s Arch is located within the vast and beautiful Mojave National Preserve. Underneath the arch, there are several pictographs, many of which are quite faded from the centuries of weathering. Red is the prevailing color, but there are quite a few that are/were in black and white (now very faded and hard to see). There are a few petroglyphs on the outside of the arch, and several more throughout preserve.
